So other users have it easier for them to make your requests come true heres a template to for each request is not mandatory to use but it would be easier for others.

Measurements: Measurements of the signature you want.
Images: Any image you want to contribute to the firm.
Color: Some colors you'd like in the signature.
Information: Explain how you want, ex: With frame, transparent background with many details ...
